Only the youngest leaf tips are scented eight to ten times with Jasmine blossoms and hand rolled into pellets. The silver down of the tender tips makes them shine like treasured pearls. When infused with hot water, the pellets slowly unfold, releasing a wonderful, delicate, slightly sweet and floral flavor. Set some time aside for yourself to enjoy this luxuriant tea.
Recommendations: Use 6 to 8 pearls per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water until it is steaming briskly (not boiling); let steep for 2 min. Good for multiple infusions
